loneliness and pain

All too often we don’t realise it but feeling lost or lonely is perfectly ok. That it is bound to happen. It is part of the structure of thought. Create separation and then get lonely. The feeling from the presence of god/consciousness will do this!

On such occasions, we are in conflict with our selves and the so-called suffering or pain is bound to take place as we replace our actual sensations, which are momentary energies, with labels and explanations from memory ABOUT the story and how it is effecting us. We do not see that it is the story that is causing the pain. No story, no loneliness.

We so desperately try to make sense of all this, simply because everyone else seems to be doing the same. The story runs in thought. "They look happy!" "Why am I so alone and unhappy?". Facebook and other social media have ramped this up to unbearable degrees. The "look at them and how great it looks" scenario feeds the story coming up within thought and the suffering continues. Thought says that everyone Else is happy as it compares and contrasts with every thing that is seen and heard about supposed others. It then goes onto say that everyone has it better then us. OF COURSE this creates pain! It is the listening to the story that is causing it.

What will happen if we begin to watch thought as though telling a story about someone else? What if we stopped believing what it said and we began to see through its stories and the pain and suffering that they create?

When we do we see a kind of magic happens. We no longer have to feel the loneliness and pain as we see that this is mealy a version of what is happening and not the actual truth!

When we let go and see that loneliness is just and idea created in comparison to supposed others we are released and free to just let it go and we become free from its hold.

Begin to watch it, understand how it works and see what happens!
